Duping Reenabled

After an issue with heart duping that has now been patched, the /dupe plugin has been reenabled. Certain things are now banned from being put in shulkers to help prevent another influx of illegal duplicated items and kits.

What This Means if You Have Hearts/Illegal Items in a Shulker: If you are in possession of shulkers that contain now shulker-banned items, there will be a 2-day grace period in which you can transfer those items to prevent their deletion. After that, any shulkers containing shulker-banned items will be deleted.

Dupe Cooldown: To help limit growth of overpowered items and kits, a 15-second cooldown has been applied between each player's use of the /dupe command. If anyone donates $10 or more to our Venmo address, the dupe cooldown will be removed for everyone for a 7-day period. In addition, everyone will receive an improved Ender Chest permanently.
